We meet before the dawn at the Piestewa Peak Summit Trailhead at an agreed upon time, depending on the time of year and your fitness level, usually around 5am - https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/arizona/piestewa-peak-summit-trail-300

We start the hike with sharing gratitude and expressing Mahalo for the land and the wisdom of its presence.

The hike is an out-and-back strenuous 1.1 mile journey to the top; the ascent can take anywhere from 25-60min depending on your fitness level. During the hike we practice “mouna,” an ancient yogic practice of non-speaking, allowing the inner voice to emerge as the body endeavors up to the peak.

At the top of the mountain, with the portal of the sun rising and the potency of ceremonial grade Legacy Cacao, we will set an intention for whatever your heart feels called to initiate and embody.
