Breathwork, or Pranayama (Sanskrit; Prana = breath, life; Yama = control), is an ancient style of meditation practice that activates the 72,000 nadis or psychic channels (the body's energetic circulatory system).

This nearly four thousand year old practice is a simple, easy process to learn, and a great way to start your own daily meditation practice.

It can be used to clear energetic blocks, change the biochemistry of the brain, promote relaxation and healing, improve immunity, reduce stress, and create altered states of consciousness.
