The Vent: Panel Discussion & Meditation Practice on Anger

  • Founders Lab NYC 972 Metropolitan Ave Brooklyn, NY 11211 (map)

During F Congregation: The Vent we will dismantle and eliminate what holds us back. Fear and anger are common suspects of our shared experience. These feelings are heavily employed by media to effect our psyches. It might be a crazy time, but let's learn not to go crazy, how to vent properly, and then channel our anger and frustration into positive implementation to help our community and our city.

Speakers from media, medicine, and mindfulness discuss effects of fear and anger has on the body and mind and explore ways how to effectively release this energy into a positive way.
