A Co-Created space

This workshop is designed with sensitivity for the diverse backgrounds and experiences of all participants. ALL are welcome here.

We all feel better when we feel safe to share and be ourselves. The nature of the workshop activities encourage vulnerable sharing, and work with partners is designed as a part of the experiential learning process.

All attendees are expected to participate in co-creating an environment of safety, respect, and care for one another. Your attendance is your agreement to be a responsible citizen in co-creating this experience.

Any intolerance of any kind will be cause for immediate removal and no refund issued.

This retreat was so inspiring and grounding at the same time, which is a hard thing to pull off.

One thing I love about The Whole Human Life Model is that it doesn’t force all these manifold needs into pre-existing containers. Thinking specifically how it deliberately separates sex and partnership, say.

Also thinking about it as a map for childrearing, as I spend a lot of time thinking about how to help my kids understand their needs/wants and how to fulfill them as a thing apart from existing societal structures/binaries etc.

I see “Whole Human Life” as an EXCELLENT parenting tool!

We create our experience of life. We either do this unconsciously, following outside expectations and patterns of our past, and the fears and worries of the future. Or, we can consciously create how we move through this life with the awareness and empowerment that comes from conscious choice-making.

Our external world is a reflection of our internal world. When something doesn't feel right for us internally, or we run up against roadblocks or feel drained by how we are living, this is an indication that we are out of alignment in some area of our life and have an opportunity to create a positive change.

Sometimes it is hard to know what to change, or how. Or, if we try to make a change, it might not stick or be the "right" change. Often we try to use just our minds, thinking from the neck up only.

When we engage our Whole Human wisdom (head, gut, and heart, or mind, body, and soul), we make decisions from a place of empowerment. We cultivate confidence to make choices that are for our highest good, rather than out of obligation or fear. We build grit and resilience, taking risks from a place of self-generated safety and passionate curiosity.

We find greater ease and joy as we learn to consciously design our own experience of life.

When we are happy, we create happiness around us.

When we feel engaged, excited, we engage and excite those around us.

When we are in love with ourselves and the world we create, we create in the world from a place of Love and THAT is what we ALL are empowered to offer each other, as a collective, in this lifetime.
