OUR STORIES CAN BE REWRITTEN
our PAST can BECOME medicine for our souls and the collective
WE ARE DESIGNED TO THRIVE, NOT JUST SURVIVE.
teacher. Healer. Artist. yogi. Human.
As an intuitive, trauma-informed teacher, healer, and guide, I am deeply sensitive to a person's nervous system and the highly dynamic needs of the individual.
It is my joy to support you in your own healing process, knowing how much courage and fortitude it takes to get out of self-limiting beliefs and patterns, and commit to living our lives full-out.
I honor how messy, confusing, and elating the journey can be. I approach our work together with wisdom, grace, compassion, and laser-focus to deeply clear blocks and reset energetic patterns. And we can even have fun too, since this work is reclamation of your true self, which is fantastically empowering!

Grateful to many teachers and mentors over the last decade and today
Honored to be a part of the Exhale to Inhale family
I found Exhale to Inhale (ETI) at the Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Teacher Training at ISHTA Yoga in 2015 led by Jen Turner, research assistant to David Emerson and Bessel van der Kolk. I had no idea then how much being a volunteer with this beautiful organization would transform my experience as a teacher, and in my own healing journey. Zoë LePage (top row, second from left), Founder of ETI, has been named the Lululemon Ambassador of the Year, and with just merit as this organization has impacted the lives of so many survivors, and its teachers.
As volunteers, we provide ETI method Trauma Informed Yoga to survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence in shelters and community centers across NYC and in LA. The ETI Teacher Training, led by Tara Tonini, is unparalleled and a training I recommend to any yoga teacher, healer, social worker, teacher, or any other individual in a service-oriented occupation.
If you are so moved, please consider a donation to this deeply needed organization that is raising the visibility and support for a critical issue that has gone without deep public awareness for too many generations. Om shanti.
